Ross Dawson
Ross Dawson is recognised as one of the world's leading authorities
on client relationships, knowledge, e-commerce, and dynamic business
strategy. He is the CEO of Advanced Human Technologies, an international
consulting firm based in Sydney, Australia, that specialises in
client relationship, knowledge, and strategy development in major
investment banks, professional service firms, and other knowledge-based
organisations.
Ross' client list reads like a who's who of professional and financial
services, including Westpac Institutional Bank, Macquarie Bank,
Deutsche Bank, Lend Lease and Austrade, as well as many other leading
investment banks, fund managers, accounting firms, law firms and

Ross is author of of a new book 'Living Networks:

Economy' and 'Developing Knowledge Based Client Relationships:
The Future of Professional Services', which has been the #1 selling
book on Amazon.com from Australia, and is currently a professional
services bestseller in the US and UK. He has written over 50 articles
on international business and knowledge management for publications
such as International Financing Review, The ABN Report, Australian
Financial Review, The Bulletin, Asiamoney and Company Director,
and is a regular speaker at international conferences.
Ross worked with GBN Australia, Austrade and Global Business Network
to develop the framework and content and facilitate the GBN Australia
Asia Worldview conference on the long-term future of Asia, which
brought together 80 people from Australia, Asia, Europe and US.
He worked with Austrade's strategic development unit to develop
the framework for Austrade's (and Australian exporters') strategy
in the Information Age. He has participated in various other scenario
planning exercises, including Macquarie Bank's Y2K scenario development
and Lend Lease's Insight 2000 futures processes.
Prior to establishing Advanced Human Technologies Ross's positions
included working in London as Global Director-Capital Markets at
Thomson Financial Services, in Tokyo as Asian Director-Capital Markets,
and in international stockbroking with Merrill Lynch. He holds a
B.Sc.(Hons) from Bristol University, UK, and is certified as a Master
Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He has extensive
international business experience, and speaks five languages.
